Shipping Information

Shipping your iDevice to iRestore is easy. It is important that your iDevice is properly packaged when sent to us. If you don’t have a suitable box and packing materials, you can purchase those from us by Clicking Here or as an add-on when you order the repair.
It is up to you how you choose to ship your iDevice to us for repair. Obviously the method you choose will be the deciding factor on how long it will take to reach our store and for the repair process to start.

Please make sure you include your order number on, and in the box with your iDevice. You will receive this order number when you order the needed repair through our online store.
Once we receive your iDevice, we will let you know and start the repair process. Return shipping is always included in the repair cost, and will be shipped back via Canada Post Express Post. We will email you with the tracking number of the shipment so you can track it on its way back to you. The time it takes for return shipment will depend on your location, but can be as much as 5-7 business days.
