Our Simple 3 Step Process
Once you have purchased your repair online, you must ship us the device. Securely package your iDevice. If you do not have an appropriately sized box you can purchase one from us by Clicking Here. Make sure to include your order number in the box. Send the well-packaged box to our store either by courier or Canada Post. Our shipping address is:

Our Apple certified technicians will repair your iDevice using factory OEM parts when possible. The techs will start the repair the day we receive it with the goal of finishing it within 24 hours.
We will ship your device immediately after the repair is completed, on our dime, via Canada Post. We will send you the tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on it while your iDevice makes its way back home to you.
